Sweet Potato Treats IngredientsYou will need:
2 cups Sweet potato puree
1 cup wheat flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato puree and flour. If your mix is too dry add water one teaspoons at a time.
4. Lightly flour your surface for your dough.
5. Roll your dough out and use a cookie cutter to create your biscuits. Place your treats on the cookie sheet make sure they are about 1-2 inches apart from each other.
6. Place your treats in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Once the treats are done, allow them to cool before storing them in an airtight bag.
Note: You can substitute the sweet potato puree for pumpkin puree.
