We ship fast! Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST are shipped via FedEx Ground the same day, excluding weekends and major holidays. Receive free shipping on Davis brand products when ordering $165 or more of our name-brand items.** For Davis brand product orders of less than $165, include a shipping and handling fee of $15.00.
Items that incur an additional fee based on weight and delivery address are noted on the product listing. The website cannot calculate the additional shipping fees and a Davis representatvie will contact you with those charges.
** When ordering Davis brand products from the states of AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA and WY, please add a flat $25 Pacific Coast shipping fee. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to be delivered between one to seven business days. Generally, east coast deliveries occur within one to three days, while west coast deliveries occur within four to five days. Ground shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can be expected in 6 to 7 days. Payment methods include the acceptance of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your online and phone orders. For C.O.D. deliveries, FedEx Ground charges a $15.50 C.O.D. fee and accepts checks, money orders or cashiers checks. A $35.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned with insufficient funds. We request that new customers pay by credit card, C.O.D. – Money Order, or prepay with a check for their first order. When paying online with PayPal, using an eCheck will slow the shipment of the order by 3 to 5 business days.

Please check your order upon receipt. Damages and shortages must be reported to Davis immediately (no more than 10 days from receipt) so that Customer Service can correct any problems. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.
FEDEX Shipments: Should damage occur in a FEDEX shipment, notify FEDEX immediately at 800-GO-FEDEX and then contact Davis at 800-292-2424, or email us at kEncEmaildvtupnfstfswjdfAebwjtngh/dpn.
Motor Freight Shipments: In a Motor Freight truck shipment, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. Then contact Davis as outlined above.

Return Policy and Procedures
If you’re not satisfied with any item, Davis will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer service can be reached at 800-292-2424 or email kEncEmaildvtupnfstfswjdfAebwjtngh/dpn. We want to make it right! All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling. All items must be returned in saleable condition with all boxes, packaging, and accessories. There should be no writing or stickers on the products. A restocking fee of 15% of the item's catalog price may be charged when: (a) an item is returned without a box or packaging, (b) is not saleable, or (c) returned after 30 days. The return must be inspected before applying credit or before giving the customer a replacement or a refund. Seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD’s, if sold, may not be returned for exchange or credit.
Merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty Period must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement. The Manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not be accepted as a repair or return. Clippers and Blades may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition. After 30 days have passed, clippers and blades must be sent to an authorized clipper repair center.
