I ordered the FurEver Brite Glow in the Dark Pet Safety Collar for my 10 year old Golden Retriever who had to have surgery on his carpal joint. He sleeps in our bedroom and roams around all night long. Since he was hard to spot in the dark we were forever worried about accidentally stepping on or tripping on him and further injuring his leg. The FurEver Brite collar was the perfect solution! It is comfortable for him to wear and we always know where he is resting.

Contact with the seller was polite and promptly answered. I would recommend this product and seller.

I have a blind, black Labrador Retriever. I needed to be able to keep an eye on him when he goes out at nights. The FurEver Brite allows me to do that.

Got this one about a week ago. Had tried some of the less expensive LED types and they either fell apart, or would turn off when our dog starts running.

This is a pretty well made collar. Probably the best of the glow collars. I wasn't sure about how far out you can see the light, and there is a problem if the dog goes much beyond 50 feet or so. This collar is really made for a dog that stays pretty close to the owner, or best for a dog inside so you don't step on them at night. For a collar that you can track the dog when they are out romping free in the dark, this is not the one to get. Another thing is if your dog jogs out ahead of you, their body hides the collar. The dog has to turn sideways for you to see the glow.

The newer technology of the glow material is much better than the old stuff. It's also waterproof so that really helps in my part of the country. It's a good product, just some limitations for what I want to use it for.

I already have one. I'm now buying other two for my other 2 dogs. It's really great when it's exposed to the sun, and it's immediately brought indoors. The collar lightens an entire room! The only thing, though, is that at night, since there no sunlight, the collar doesn't glow that much, but it still glows enough to spot the dog. It would be awesome, if they had other colors, but hey! you can't have everything!

We are very happy with the FurEver Brite Glow Collar.

Since the collars have been on the dogs, nobody has stepped on, or tripped over them when the house is dark. The collars are easy to clean with soap and water too.

Many people have commented to us what a great idea for a collar, when seen on the dogs. I couldn't agree more!

I've had three of these collars for four months now and am very happy with them. They've been on my large dogs the whole time and they are holding up very well. The material is as described, a thick stretchy and flexible silicone that glows in the dark. The buckle, as another reviewer mentioned is a little difficult to close, but because of this I don't worry about it possibly slipping and coming off if one of the dogs pulls on it while on a leash. I have not noticed any problems with the material sticking to or pulling on the dogs fur. An added bonus is that they are very easy to clean if the dogs get into some dirt or anything else dogs are likely to come across.

Where these collars really shine (pun intended) is in allowing me to keep track of the dogs at night, inside or outside. Living with three big, dark colored dogs I can't count the number of times I've tripped or stepped on one while walking through the house in the dark. Those days are behind me and I'm not sure who's happier about it, me or the dogs. While out in the backyard or when camping the collars also allow me to keep track of where they are by looking for the glow.

All in all these collars work exactly as advertised and if I somehow end up with more dogs around the house I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
